Welcome to A&N Logistics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our dispatch services, website, and related platforms. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Provided

A&N Logistics offers 24/7 professional truck dispatch services, including:

  • Load sourcing and assignment
  • Broker and shipper communication
  • Rate negotiation
  • Documentation handling
  • Real-time support and tracking

We do not own or operate trucks. We act as a third-party dispatching partner to help carriers find and manage freight efficiently.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be a legally registered carrier with a valid DOT/MC number
  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Agree to these Terms and comply with U.S. transportation laws

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate company, driver, and vehicle details
  • Keep insurance, authority, and licensing up to date
  • Follow all DOT/FMCSA regulations while operating
  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly during active dispatches
  • Notify us of any delays, incidents, or service issues immediately

4. Payment Terms

  • Dispatch fees are outlined in your onboarding or service agreement
  • Payments are due based on agreed terms (weekly, per load, etc.)
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees
  • Clients are responsible for broker/shipper payments and fees

5. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Payments are consistently delayed or defaulted

No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Load availability or profitability
  • Specific delivery times
  • Absence of errors, delays, or system downtimes

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or legal issues arising from carrier operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&N Logistics shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities
  • Operational delays, fines, or penalties
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days.

8. Confidentiality

All client and dispatch information is treated as confidential. You agree not to share pricing, dispatch strategies, or internal documents with third parties without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
